During our conversations, some clients shared their struggles with UTIs during holidays. After discussing potential reasons, we discovered that walking barefoot on cold surfaces and neglecting hydration were contributing factors. Additionally, leaving wet bathing suits on the lower abdomen can increase the risk, it doesn’t take much to have spare, dry swimming thongs with you and quickly change after your swim. If you suffer from polycystic ovaries or endometriosis, this is your number 1 rule to follow for a stress and UTI-free summer!

There are more reasons to stay hydrated, than avoiding UTIs while on holiday. Staying hydrated during holidays is vital for your well-being and stress management. Hydration supports your body’s ability to cope with stress, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance. Whether you’re lounging on the beach or exploring new destinations, drinking enough water keeps you energized, refreshed, and better equipped to handle stress. Don’t forget to hydrate and create a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.
