10 tips to improve your lymphatic system

Here are my top 10 tips to improve your lymphatic system:

  1. Obviously is reflexology – massaging the lymphatic system reflex areas regularly will stimulate it and may bring relief.
  2. Drink plenty of water – It shouldn’t be a surprise that water flushes out your lymphatic system.
  3. Detox with apple cider vinegar – plenty of recipes to be found online but you can revisit my previous post on my morning detox cocktail too.
  4. Regular sauna or steam room visits help the body to detox – do make sure you follow guidelines of safe usage though.
  5. Incorporate cardio worokouts in your daily routine, trampoulining is highly recommended, it might sound silly but jumping is not only a fun exercise but also very effective.
  6. Wear comfortable clothes, tight clothes can cut off your circulation and trap fluids in all the wrong places.
  7. Practice deep breathing – it pump for the Lymphatic System and keeps lymph fluid flowing at an ideal pace to remove harmful toxins while blood carries oxygen to the body.
  8. Try an algae supplement – these are not only helpful for detoxing the body but also add important minerals and vitamins to your diet.
  9. Add some berries to your diet, cranberries are especially recommended; high in Vit C and detoxifying properties.
  10. Try dry brushing.
