Are your children looking forward to going back to school or perhaps they are anxious about it?
We’re facing a big BIG step in my family this year by starting secondary school and it doesn’t help that everyone seems to be emphasising how B.I.G that step is.
My daughter and her friends are beginning to ‘panic’ a bit and that gave me an idea – I’ll be running a free zoom class on Thursday evening at 8pm for teenagers starting secondary school and parents of school aged children.
During this interactive workshop we will learn some moves and techniques to help relax, how to release stress & anxiety in a minute AND I guarantee you everyone will sleep soundly instead of turning and tossing for the night.
The workshop will include fun breathing exercises, moves and techniques that are appropriate for school aged children and teenagers. It is aimed to take their mind off the worries associated with the first day at school and help them to sleep better.
I’ll be sharing some tips for parents how they can support their children when facing difficult situations in an email every participant receives – as the workshop is aimed at children I will stay away from the subject during the workshop.
My most important tip is, which I’ll be sharing with your children
- The more relaxed you are the better your results
- The more prepared you are the more relaxed you become.
